Kim Cardile has more than 20 years of experience as a Clinical and Performance Psychologist, Educator. As a Secondary Education Teacher, she easily connects with young people, their families and tailors her approach to their strengths, interests and learning preferences, whilst considering their mental health and developmental needs.
She is able to motivate young people to achieve their mental health and performance goals and has extensive experience at working with primary, secondary and tertiary students as well as developmental, Olympic and professional athletes.
Kim delivers high quality clinical assessment and treatment for mild to complex mental health and wellbeing issues. She offers a range of therapeutic modalities inclusive of
Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Mindfulness in Motion and Yoga Therapy, Play Based Therapy, Walk and Talk Therapy.
She is an accredited Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Clinical and Sport Psychologist and Psychology, A board Approved Supervisor and Member of the Australian Psychological Society Sport and Performance Psychology College.
She is a certified Children’s and Teens Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist and has a strong background in Trauma.
Nicola Ford
Nicola, is a qualified pilates instructor and she has completed the Rehabilitative Pilates Diploma. She is certified to deliver Pilates to kids and teens. Nicola is currently studying occupational therapy at the Newcastle University also.
She has a strong focus on creating individualized therapeutic programs with specific rehabilitation goals that nurture the development and growth of the individual holistically.

The Ability Collective is a speech pathology service that provides assessment and intervention for children and young adults of all ages. We pride ourselves on providing a caring, personalised and family focused intervention that put the needs of the child first. We communicate with all health and education specialists involved with the child (with consent) to ensure a holistic care approach.
We provide individual and group assessment and intervention in the following areas:

Kas Pitkin has solid experience in counselling, holistic well-being, trauma, and psychotherapy. Over the past 10 years Kas has worked in sectors of domestic violence, trauma, family mental health work, relationship counselling, group work and psychotherapy. Kas is passionate about strengthening relationships and well-being with a focus on deepening awareness of what is happening and building fulfilling connection in relationships, that is fundamental in effective parenting.
Kas takes on a whole of body approach and present moment focus to support clients in deepening their connection with self and loved ones, process pain and trauma, and discover resources and supports in order to feel grounded, well, and connected. Kas has a passion for fostering authenticity in relationships, healthy expression and true connection within relationships.
Kas sees the therapeutic relationship as the main ingredient for healing and reaching desired change and is all about experiencing with you and supporting you to find your own toolbox to live a rich life and meaningfully connect in your relationships.
Kas loves dancing, yoga, drawing, creative writing, reading, learning and nature and is the proud Author of her published book “Never the Same” and very proud Mum of her two sons, Jonah and Will (fondly known as Willo).
